LM2587 Boost Converter Module HW-637

This module is based on LM2587 from Texas Instrument with input voltage from 4V to 40V and maximum output voltage of 60V. This module has 50V rated capacitor at the output so the maximum voltage should not exceed 50V.

Main Specs of this chip

  • Input voltage 4V to 40V
  • Output maximum voltage 60V
  • Chip maximum current rated at 5V
  • The module is tested to supply only 300mA to 1300mA (1.3A).
  • Needs heat sink to dissipate heat if needed for continuous operation

The this LM2587 is offered in 3.3V, 5V, 12V and adjustable version. The chip used in this module is the adjustable version.
